Yiming company conducts Amoeba management training

From August 11th to 13th, Yiming Company carried out a three-day Amoeba operation and management training in the training room on the fourth floor. Senior leaders and principals of the company participated.

Mr. Huang and Mr. Liu, the management training teachers of Amoeba, communicated with the company's senior leaders on the recent operation and management situation. They talked about each logistics department, sales center, quality inspection center, manufacturing center office site and workshop production site management guide to formulate standards, standardize management, set benchmarks, conduct comparative inspections, and continuously improve the level of on-site management. They put forward specific improvement measures for the work of the three committees, and provide directions and ideas for the next work of the three committees instructive suggestions. All staff in the sales center have been given guidance on sales speech skills seminars, sales skills improvement training (exhibition), sales talent portrait seminars, and exhibition optimization seminars.
